During arguably the best video Nintendo has produced in a
long while, news on Tomodachi Life was released.
This title is a sequel to the Japan-exclusive Tomodachi Collection, released for the Nintendo DS. The focus of Tomodachi life is to create a Mii that will inhabit a town full of people, events, and interactions. It's basically a life simulator revolving around Miis.
Sound familiar?
If it isn't already obvious from the trailer, this game
borrows quite a bit from another popular Nintendo franchise: Animal Crossing.
If you like those games, this game seems like it should be the same type of experience... only a bit sillier.
Tomodachi Life will be hitting the storefront June 6th
on the Nintendo 3DS. I would go into more detail, but the video is worth
watching. Trust me: nothing is better than a bunch of Mii-ified Nintendo
executives circling around a Virtual Boy and praising it as if it were a deity.
